RECITAL
All Students are given the opportunity to participate in the year end recital. Recital participation is a student and parent decision! The dress rehearsal and recital will be held in June. Students taking part in recital must attend a dress rehearsal. Exact dates for recital and rehearsal, as well as venue TBD. Tickets will be sold for the recital.
Recital Costumes
If you choose to take part in the recital there will be an extra cost for the costume. The maximum cost is $90.00 per costume with a $50.00 deposit per class. Costumes are chosen by the teachers and are ordered from the USA. The deposit is to be handed in with your recital permission form in November. If your deposit and form are not returned to the studio on time a costume will not be ordered for your child (NO EXCEPTIONS). Once costumes have been ordered your deposit is non refundable and you are responsible for the balance owing when due.
The remainder of the costume cost is due in February. An invoice will be emailed to you with the remainder owing 2 weeks prior to the due date. Costumes will be sent home once we receive them, and when payment in full has been received. The costumes will be yours to keep.
All dancers participating in recital will require a Recital T shirt for the finale. T-shirts will be ordered and paid for in full at the time of your costume balance payment in February.
PICTURES
All recital and competition groups, solos, duets, and trios will have professional pictures taken by Heavens Edge Photography at the studio in early May. An order form will be provided and you will have an opportunity to order as many photos of your dancer as you like. You are not obligated to order photos, but dancers must attend picture days so that full groups can be photographed. Payment for picture orders will be made directly to Heavens Edge Photography.
RECITAL PERFORMANCE FEE
There is a $35 performance fee required per recital dancer due in February. Performance fee includes a Recital Video & Finale T-shirt. T shirts will be handed out with costumes, and a link to the downloadable recital video will be sent out to all families following the recital.
