30 minute GROUP Classes

Group Fitness Classes that combine cardio, strength training, and athletic conditioning. We cater to all ages & levels of fitness, offering modifications when needed.

EXTENDED STRETCH

In addition to our Group Fitness Classes you can extend your class with our optional extra stretch time!

This extra 15 minute component allows you to finish your workout with a longer stretch that will keep you feeling good, and working on the flexibility so many of us lack.
